Dear Friends Up to now we understand the JH Step-03 Methodology . After completion of JH Step-03 we Start for JH Step-04 which is training activity to train our operator & there Knowledge Improvement.

Step 4: General Inspection

– Understanding basic systems in machine In this fourth step, operators receive basic training in
• Lubrication system.
• Equipment Parts (Tightening Nuts and Bolts).
• Hydraulics, Pneumatics system
• Electrical Circuits,
• Power Drive Systems
• And Other Basic Technologies Such As Water Proofing
• And Fire Prevention

Procedure for step 4:
– Basic training (Class for leaders)
– Handed -down training (leaders teach groups members)
– Operators put training into practice to find abnormalities
– Promotion of visual control
